Accepted into UCLA, cannot meet provisions

I got accepted into UCLA with a 3.9 g.p.a. as a Political Science major. However, I am now finishing spring semester and taking 23 units. My provisions for UCLA state that I must pass all 23 Units with a B grade or better. Unfortunately, I have a D in one of my classes. The rest of my grades are As and Bs. What is the best way to go about this so that I can be accepted? Do I contact my provision counselor at the school on my acceptance letter? OR do I accept and then they will find out I didn’t do good in that one class? Also, I already enrolled in a summer version of that course, just in case I don’t get in. What should I do?

Call the school, talk to the counselor. They have run into this before.
