<p>All I can say is, follow you heart and follow your passions. That is what led me to getting accepted. </p>
<p>I know a 3.8 and 2170 is whatever… but I do what I love to do. </p>

<p>Couldn’t have put it better - I didn’t do much of the typical ECAs for top schools (MUN, leadership, etc). Instead I focused on the two things I love - art and piano. I did everything I could in these areas, and in the end I think these were what made my application stand out.</p>
<p>Do what you love, not what you think you should do 
There is no magic formula… Just be yourself and hope that Stanford will see the originality and potential in you.</p>
