Access to BS Admissions Records

Has anyone done this on the BS level?

A few colleges in the 90s had to deal with this when the FOIA came out. There must be a few disgruntled parents/students who wanted to know why they were rejected or waitlisted.

This is only applicable to people who are actually enrolled in a college, so rejectees do not have this right. It is not a way for college students to find out why they were rejected.

On a secondary school level even enrollees would likely not have this right as private high schools do not receive that kind of federal funding and Ferpa does not apply.
