Accidental Discrepancy between Reported Scores and Official Scores

I made some typos in reporting my scores. Will this hurt my application? They received both the official ones and the reported ones.

You are fine. The official score report trumps self-reported scores.

You better approach them and explain your typos.

typos like 600 was 800 or more like 740 was 750 kinda thing…

or more like math was 700 and writing was 800 but you just reversed them…

Particularly if it looks like you were exaggerating your scores - if they all were reported as higher than the official results - as it might spill over into suspicion of everything else in your application. Still, even if it is the worst case, a proactive contact and a reasonable explanation will limit or block the damage.

On the other hand, if it is obvious that you transposed a couple of digits or if the numbers you entered were less favorable than the actual test results, then it is unlikely to cause more than a moments pause.
