Accounting degree vs Business degree?

<p>Accounting vs business degree with accounting concentration? What is the difference between these two and the opportunities it brings with?</p>

<p>I’m a CPA and I don’t really understand your question. Every accountant I know has a business degree with a major or a concentration in accounting. Accountants need to take other business related coursework like business law, economics etc, particularly if they want to become CPAs…</p>

<p>Actually CPA’s at partner’s level are all technical sales person. They have to know all sorts of business issues, therefore, in the school, you have to take wide variety of business courses. Marketing, Finance, Tax and management, in addition to happy1 had indicated. CPA is a rounded business person.</p>
