<p>I’m going to be taking the act in a few weeks and I’m practicing for it a decent ammount, got a 30 on the practice ACT but was ticked off because im smarter than that, my most recent scores on practice tests have been 35 : Math , 35 : Science ( Misread a problem 
) 33: English: 30( -_-) Reading.</p>
<p>I can read lightning fast but I seem to not retain a lot of information in a short period of time, I can read a question that refers to a part in the passage and I COMPLETELY forget where it is located, sometimes looking back and searching makes me spend way too much time so that I run out.</p>
<p>Also sometimes I feel like I understand a passage completely but yet I miss questions because of some ■■■■■■■■ logical fallacy in the answer,</p>
<p>If reading ruins my chances at a 35 or possibly 36 come 6 months from now on my 2-3 retakes I am going to be upset. Any advice?</p>
<p>What are the best materials to practice for this, I will buy anything necessary.</p>
