<p>How many students a year get a 36 on the ACT? Is there any breakdown between the grades students were in when they got the score? I’m curious to see how many freshman or sophomores, etc., get a 36</p>

The only separate breakout by grade I’ve seen is for TIP (before HS).</p>
<p>If you’re asking about the talent searches, the highest in CBK’s WATS was a 35 (freshman).</p>
<p>If anyone is curious, I was recently interviewed by the newspaper for getting a 36. The reporter actually called ACT and said that of the 1000 or so people with a 36 on the test this past year, 40 of them got it as a sophomore. I can’t find a published breakdown of scores by grade though. (This is for the actual official test however, not the talent searches–NUMATS I know does publish a score breakdown).</p>
