I recently got my ACT results back with a 34 Composite. 34 English, 32 Math, 32 Reading and 36 Science. I plan on applying to several schools like Georgetown, UPenn, UVA and UNC-Chapel Hill. Should I retake the ACT and go for a higher score, or spend my time worrying about other things?

I would not take it again. My son had a 29 ACT and got into Chapel Hill along with other great schools. They focus on all your stuff not just test scores.
Spend your time worrying about other things. Your essays, for example.
