ACT and SATII

Ok. Since there isn’t a subforum for general questions, i will post in it here.

Here are my standardized scores:
ACT 33 (31/36/32/32/10)
SAT II: Math 2c - 800
Bio (mole) - 720
Chem - 730
SAT: 620 CR, 720 M, 740 W 11 E.

I want to send in my ACT and two SAT IIs. But as well all know, when we request official documents from collegeboard, the document will list the SAT IIs AND SAT I. So my question is, if my SAT I is on the official document, do all colleges consider it even though i am not putting the score on my application?

well collegeboard announced this a few days ago

[New SAT Score-Reporting Policy](Send SAT Scores to Colleges - SAT Suite | College Board)

hope it helps

Thats for next years students (class of 2010).

There’s a grandfather clause though.

“any student who has taken an SAT prior to the policy launch or who registers for the SAT after launch will be able to take advantage of this new policy.”

I just tried to send score from collegeboard. There is no option to select which scores, meaning the policy does not apply.

this won’t apply to the class of 2009 because we have all of our college stuff sent in by January 1 at the latest… this new SAT policy will benefit the class of '10 and so on, but not the class of '09

im class of 2010!!! yay!!

^many, if not all ivys, require you to send all of your scores

do you mean that every ACT/SAT you’ve attempted?

no, for the SAT they usually require that you send all of them

for the ACT, you only have to send 1 score, or however many you wish to send

Gigahertz205: scores are all very very good, really just the CR. Where are you applying?
