i remember getting 7/11 or -7/11 for something but i can’t remember what it was for

thirty two maybe?

it was -7/9 for cos2x maybe?

what was the actual question?

@wazz…uhh i didn’t ask that but ok :)…maybe you got someone else confused with me.

yeah i remember getting -7/9 but i also thought i got 7/11 for something and i laughed in my head since it was seven-eleven

it said cosX= -1/3
whats cos2X

and it told u (cosx)^2 = 1+ cos2x all divided by two
so you square -1/3 to get 1/9= 1 + cos2x/2
then mult 1/9 by 2 = 2/9 then subtract 1 so u end up with cos2x= -7/9

oooo, idr about 7/11
that sounds familiar though

Yah, I think -7/11 and 7/9 were 2 separate questions

or easier…take inverse cosine of -1/3…to get 109.47…and then take cos(2*109.47) = -.7777778…or -7/9

Yeah I did that galib, seemed like the easier method lol.

c’mon only 31/60…lets go folks :D.

One was about the equation of a circle at centerrrr (2, -3) or something with radius 6. The answer was like (x-2)^2 + (x+3)^2 = 36. Can anyone confirm this question?

EDIT: Another was about the circumference of a circle and another was about a circle inscribed into a square with the circle having a radius of 1. I got that the remaining area was 4-pi

I think the radius was 3.

35/60

5 teachers only taught math
96 was SA of the cube

Circle inscribed in square question= 4-pi
Factor of x^2 -6x +8= (x-4)

yeah but whatever it said if the center was 2, -3 and a radius of either 3 or 6…it would be
(x-2)^2 +(y+3)^2 = 9 or 36

updated for 34 questions, does anyone know what the circumference one was?

For the circle inscribed in square was 8-pi a choice I think I may have put that crap.
and for the Elm Street one, was 5 a choice, I think I may have carelessly chose that too

i forget what the question was like…can you put a little bit more info?

Was one of the factors for one (x-4) do u guys remember that one?
