ACT Customer Service?


I am wondering if it is typical for the ACT customer service agent to ask for information like your address and date of birth to find the account, or if I need to be concerned. Does anyone know how long it typically takes them to reply after requesting more information?


Also, is anyone able to send scores from multiple test dates to the same school? I cannot add both, and I don’t know if it is a glitch or if the ACT is sending both as part of their new Superscore plan.
