Early admission for most of the art schools I am applying to is November 1st. I didn’t do very well on the ACT:
English/26 Math/15 Reading/12 Science/12 English/Writing/25 Composite :16
I also think there isn’t enough time to retake it. My grades in school right now are straight As but freshman, sophomore, and half of junior year, I was mostly Cs. I’ve heard that English matters the most for art schools, but, to finish, do you think I should skip early admissions and retake the ACT or send them in anyways?

Can you pay the late fee and take the SAT…you might do better on it.

I would retake the tests, and try to get at least above the nation average. Extrodinary extra curriculars will help too.
