<p>I’m wondering if colleges will be able to consider my ACT scores compared to others from my school. I took the state mandated test back in march of my junior year. I was elated when I recieved a 28 considering other people in the top 25% of our class were getting scores of 17-20. I know at top public schools (which is what I’m aiming for) a 28 is relatively low. Will colleges be able to see my situation and be able to consider it?</p>
