ACT question

kid got a 32C on first ACT with 36 reading and 35 english and horrible scores in math and science. He took it cold and ran out of time. He prepared and got a 33C with 35R and 34E but much better math and science scores. He only sent the second test. Is it worthwhile, would it make any difference good or bad if he sent the first test as well? We’re aware there’s no superscore, but would the better reading and english subsection scores make any real difference? Even if they saw the rotten math and science subsection scores of the first test? He’s got good rigor in 3.8 UW gpa, great ECs and recs and his essays look very good. Thanks.

LSA admissions will use only the composite so he/she is fine.
