ACT Question!

What is the last ACT test date for this year that colleges will accept for applications. Is it that October one? Or is there a later test date they will accept? Thanks

It depends on the individual colleges. I have seen colleges that accept scores from as late as the December test, but please refer to the colleges to which you might apply. It says on their page about test scores.

Thank you for contacting The College Board.

We received your email regarding score release.

Approximately three weeks after the test date, you will be able to access your numerical score on your College Board account.

By logging into your College Board account using your username and password, you can view your scores. After you log in, on the My Organizer page, click on the link that states “Registrations Completed” on the right hand side of the page in the red box. A new page will appear with your registration information as well as your scores. In the scoring section, under Action Steps click on the link entitled “View My Score Report.”

Scores by Phone are available at the same time as Scores by Web. To obtain scores by phone, call(866) 756-7346(Domestic),(212) 713-7789 (International), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). There is a $12 fee for this service. You will need a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card.

Most score reports are mailed about five weeks after the test date to you, to your high school, and to the colleges, universities, and scholarship programs you indicated on your Registration Form.

Please keep in mind that your SAT Program score report is cumulative. That means that it includes your scores for as many as six SAT Reasoning Tests and six SAT Subject Tests, plus your responses to the SAT Questionnaire. You cannot send only your latest or highest SAT scores, separate scores for critical reading, or math, or writing sections, or only SAT or Subject Tests scores.

We will report scores that are available and reportable at the time your request is received. Only score reports from completed and scored tests will be sent. You can only send scores that appear next to test dates on your SAT Status page. Scores from future tests for which you have registered, but have not yet completed, will not be included.

College Board can not determine how an institution will interpret your scores. For detailed information, please contact the institution in question.

College Board does not send out a student’s score reports unless the student indicates that request. Please also keep in mind that if you entered your high school information, your high school will have a copy of your score report. Some high schools place the SAT scores on the student’s high school transcript. Please verify with your high school.
