I got a 2200 on my first SAT I and have decided not to retake it. I figure my score will most likely drop if i tried it again. Instead, I plan to take the ACT to see how i will fair.

Is it true that you can hide your ACT scores if you choose not to reveal them to colleges? Is the ACT itself a difficult test? Any suggestions for testing strategies?

thanks you guys

-------Is the ACT itself a difficult test?

It can be, depending on what kind of test taker you are. It’s definitely different because you take an entire section of math, etc. at once instead of separating it like the SAT. Plus, there’s science and reading, so it depends on how good you are at that as well.

if you don’t opt to send scores to colleges at the time of your registration, i think you choose one ACT score to send out, so whatever the best one is. except, as always, that costs extra money, but the security is good
