Act Retake?

hey guys this was my first act and I was aiming for a 34 or 35 composite. I fell short and got a 33 with subscores of :
C:33
E:35
M:35
R:33
S:27
Writing:35

As you can see all my sections were pretty strong except for science and was wondering if I will gain a considerable advantage with a higher composite score. Thanks

I am aiming for pretty high caliber schools like WASP, low ivies, duke, vanderbilt?
