Both SAT I and ACT. If your ACT Math is 35 or 36, you can skip SAT I.
SAT II Math and Chinese, the rest depending on your college and department.

For colleges that accept score choice, I would submit the ACT only to any college that accepts it in lieu of subject tests. It is significantly ‘better’ than the SAT. If a college recommends/requires ST’s, then send the ACT + ST’s.

For colleges that do not participate in score choice, you send 'em all.

A number of colleges would combine your ACT Math with 800 score in SAT. That is why it is good to send you SAT I as well.
You do not have to submit SAT II or ACT even if the college does not honor score choice. It is also common practice not to submit SAT I if you do not want to even if the college does not honor score choice.
