I graduated high school in 2009 I did not take my ACT or SAT due to the fact I wasn’t planning to go into college after completing my time in the military. Will this cause a problem in trying to go in to a college or what? What should I do it’s been a while since i have taken any type of classes.

Call your interested college admissions. Explain the situation. Some colleges, like the one my son attends, has special military entrance guidelines due to the delay in entering college. They can help you. If not, you might contact veterans affairs for guidance. I truly believe the college will answer this for you though. FYI, several colleges have special standards for veterans and wonderful programs. I hope you have one near you.

Many colleges only look for the entrance exams for ‘traditional’ freshman. You will have to check with each school. Thank you for your service!
