<p>Okay so I have a bone to pick with act science…I did really well on my act but my lowest score is in science its not even that low (a 30) yet I want to be a science major…will having a “low” science score hurt me because i want to be a science major? </p>
<p>and let me first say that the act science is not a representation of anyone’s knowledge of science at all, its graph/chart interpretation. </p>
<p>So what do you think? ive conducted my own independent research in chemotherapy, helped contribute to published articles about other research ive been involved in, my grades in science courses have been excellent but i have this mediocre science score? science is my passion and its what ive always excelled at, just not on this standardized test. </p>
<p>will this seriously affect my admission to schools as a science major? im taking it again this month - tips on improving this score?</p>
