ACT Score Review

I was recently admitted to a college and scheduled to report in a week to start summer school. I signed a NLI and was set to go. I received notice from ACT that my test was under review, not cancelled but under review. Now I am told that I’m not allowed to report to school. Does this void or release my NLI with that institution?

I don’t know the answer, but see this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-act-tests-test-preparation/1987200-act-testing-wrongly-accusing-cheating-2017.html

If this is your only test score, you won’t clear NCAA requirements, so you won’t be able to go to any NCAA D1 or D2 school and participate in sports. I can’t see where cancelling the NLI will help you

Is this your only ACT score, or the only one high enough to do what you need it to? If so, there is anther ACT July 9th. If I were you, and you are counting on/wanting to play or practice even in the fall, I would sign up for the July test date ASAP. Your school may or may not let you start in the summer, but if this was your only qualifying test, you will not be cleared by the NCAA to practice or receive athletic scholarship money in the summer. If the NCAA compliance person at your school in contact with ACT? They may be able to find out more than you can.
