ACT score VS. SAT score

Hello all!

My ACT score is a 33
E28
W35
M34
S35
essay 26
and my new sat score is a 1510
M790
R720
essay all 7/8

I believe both of my scores are somewhat similiar and very subpar for the upper tier colleges?
My question is, assuming I do not retake either of these tests and as a BIOCHEMISTRY major, which of these scores would be “better” to send in? As a note, I am a high school junior and california resident with goals of getting into CAL or UCLA. My weighted gpa is a 4.25 and my uw gpa is a 3.8 (i have taken 6 ap classes).

I understand this question is somewhat difficult to answer but I would appreciate any feedback!

If your goals are Cal and UCLA, these are great scores. It is not a difficult question at all. Just be sure to try to do some research before hand. You could have answered your own question by simply looking up “UC Berkeley ACT”.
