When I took the ACT last june I got a 29, but this October I got a 28. Is it a big deal that my score went down 1 point? A 29 is in the average range for 90% of the schools I’m applying to, but I’m just wondering if colleges will look down at my application since my score went down?

Things happen. People don’t feel well. They will use the higher score. Don’t worry.
No, this is not a big deal, at all. Unless iall scores are required, I would just send the 29 ACT.
