ACT Scores At Your School?

<p>Is my school just full of idiots or what? This years valedictorian made a 29. The highest score in my class is a 27…! Friends and classmates that I thought were smart scored low to mid 20s… No one that Ive asked even bought a study book or took time to study! At my school a 25 is considered a high score.</p>

<p>Thankfully I found CC and realized that making > 30 is possible, and that studying for the test is a good thing…! </p>

<p>Is my highschool average, and/or is CC just that much above average?</p>

<p>Hmm, I’m not sure. In my class, the highest score was a 35 - scored by three people. The next highest score after that was a 33, 32, etc.</p>

<p>barely anyone at my school takes the ACT lol.</p>

<p>Like nearly all my friends have 34s, it makes me feel so dumb.</p>

<p>Last year’s val had a 26, one girl has a 32. I got a 28 and people think I’m a genius</p>

<p>3 36s … 3 35s … tons of 34s … but we have ~900 kids. >32 is seen as good. I remember one kid saying he got a 30 and somebody laughed at him … ya it was sorta sad …</p>

<p>We have four 36s in our school currently (actually, two of them graduated this year) in a school of ~1500</p>

<p>my school(public) in Oklahoma always has at least 2 36’s and it’s like a pyramid from then on…average SAT scores are a bit less than 1800. Norman High represent</p>

<p>im also from a public school in oklahoma and in my class we have about 5 in the 30’s…the typical is about a 25 i’d say</p>

<p>Average is supposed to be somewhere around 20, so I think your school’s average.</p>

<p>we usually have a couple high scores… a 36 or two… mabe a 35… more 34’s than 36’s and 35’s (in my class, me plus 2 other people have 34’s and no 35’s or 36’s yet)… the average ACT score at my school is a 26… the middle 50% of people tend to get around 26-29 on their ACT’s</p>

<p>the val of the senior class this year (class above mine) got a 35 and is going to UPenn… so that’s not an easy task to fulfill, to say the least</p>

<p>Every year our val has either a 35 or a 36. Top Ten have 28+.</p>

<p>Average at my school is 22.</p>

<p>Most don’t take the ACT here but most people in the top 10-15 got 1500-1800 on the SATs</p>

<p>The average at my school is a 24… it’s a pretty small school though.</p>

<p>The highest score I heard in my class was a 34. I’m 12th in my class and got a 29, but our vale only got a 27! Odd, huh?</p>
