ACT scores

Hi,

I am stuck. I would love to attend Brown University, but my ACT scores are extremely low and now I am considering going to college abroad (perhaps London or Paris). I have a 4.0, a million extra-circulars, and everything else an ivy would want…but my scores are holding me back. I love theatre, but know that the educational system in Europe is very focused and a liberal arts education is ideal. Any suggestions what I should do? I speak French fluently, so I thought Paris would be ideal and especially after spending a month there this summer interning. Please help! Thanks.

Any idea what you’d like to major in?
What do you call “very low”? (On this website, “very low” runs the gamut from 20 to 28…)
If you want a French-speaking school that isn’t focused on only one subject, there’s Sciences Po Reims.
But you could also choose a college that offers “Language accross the curriculum”.
However, if you tell us your actual ACT score, your parents’ budget, and what you like about Brown, experienced posters will be able to suggest universities that fit your criteria.
