ACT Test prep ideas anyone?

<p>I am a junior in Illinois and i would like to know what kind of test prep books for the ACT should i buy and what type of classes should i join? Should i join Slyvann, Kaplan, Princeton Review, or ExcelEdge?? Please help me find them…also i wanted to know that Feb 11th ACT TEST DATE, is this ACT like a practice test?? some say it is and some say it isn’t??? I am really confused and i have already signed up for it!!!</p>

Most ACT/SAT programs don’t help anyone but the people aiming for the most average scores
Get the REAL ACT PREP GUIDE published by the ACT Company themselves</p>

<p>yep the february 11th one is a real test though I don’t think there’s a plus writing for that day… or maybe that’s just my country…
but im studying with Barrons and Princeton Review! </p>

<p>I need some ideas for how to study for the writing portion and the science portion!</p>
