Do they both really hold the same weight? Is a 36 really equivalent to a 2400? Is the SAT more respected?

i think 2400 is more respected.however,getting like a 2100 is not really different from getting a 32/33.(whatever that’s = 2100)

Depends. A perfect 36 (a 36 in every category) is just as respected as a 2400; however, there are ways to get a 36 composite without receiving a “perfect” score. It all depends on the individual subscores. Personally, I would view a 2400 with more weight if I were to compare a 36 composite and 2400.
