I was thrilled to get a 35 on the ACT, but I just got my PSAT results and was disappointed with a 202, which is not good enough for National Merit Scholarship consideration. Should I just be grateful for my 35 and forget taking the SAT, or study my butt off for the fall SAT (I’m a junior)? My dream schools are MIT and Yale.
Forget the SAT. You should be done with that portion of testing (assuming you took the ACT with writing). Focus on SAT IIs.
