Activities as Bone and Additional Info as Flesh?

So a tutor told me that it’s best to have the activities list on the common app form as a summary, and the additional information as the flesh, expanding on all your activities and talking about them in a little bit more detail. He told me my add info should be around 1 and half pages to two pages.

The problem is, I’m concerned ad coms will be annoyed by this and they don’t read your additional info anyways. I told him this and he said the higher you go (ivy leagues especially) they focus on selecting the right students, so they do carefully read your add info. If you stuff too much information on the form, your important positions and titles will be lost in the rest of the words.

So heres the problem: should I include a longer add info, or try to fit more things on my activities list form?

buuuuuuuuump
