<p>Do I have to put just one of the above in that box or can I mix and match, for instance putting position held and honors won?</p>

Also, under hrs/wk and wks/year, do I just estimate the amount of time that I think I spent doing each activity?</p>

<p>You can mix and match. Actually, you probably should :)</p>

<p>Estimating is fine as long as it’s reasonably close incase they contact the employer/reference, but for the most part that doesn’t happen very often.</p>
