<p>Hey guys, I logged onto my OASIS account the other day and was just browsing through it and noticed that on the Account Restrictions there was an “Activity Restriction as of 03:53pm on 03/13/2007.” I called (an excuse, of course) and the girl, who was very nice, told me that it was a restriction placed on any person who hasn’t yet been admitted to the University. They place it so that every Tom, Dick and Harry can’t just waltz up into the University and get student discounts and whatnot, or so she said. I wonder if this is indicative of getting accepted or rejected? Maybe once the restriction lifts, that means you’re in?
That’s what she made it sound like to me. Anybody else have this same restriction. The people who have already been accepted- Can you guys log in and see if the restriction has been lifted? It would make me feel better.</p>

<p>The OASIS account can be accessed by using your USC ID for the username and your six-digit date of birth for the password, no slashes.</p>

<p>My oasis shows that I have no restrictions as of 3/8/2007. I haven’t gotten a letter yet.</p>
<p>My financial aid status shows that as of 3/9/2007, it is being reviewed. The days after I have no restrictions. </p>

<p>i use my student id and at first i used my birthdate (mmddyy) but i changed it to something i could remember better.</p>
