ACT's/SAT II's?

<p>Ok, so I don’t understand the concept between the SAT Subject Tests/ACT. I read that it’s “Recommended”, but after having taken the ACT’s, would take replace the SAT II’s in some way? In other words, since the SAT II’s are “Recommended”, if I took the ACT’s, would they take place of these “Recommended” SAT II’s? </p>

<p>I need to know by the end of today, seeing how the registrations for the ACT close today.</p>

<p>The ACT score is equivalent to the SAT score for admissions purposes; the SAT II is really only looked at by the Honors College/WISE/etc. folks.</p>
