I’ll be graduating with a degree in economics and a minor in poli sci from the university of colorado with about a 3.0, (3.5ish major). I will be taking the GREs next year and expect to do pretty decent, mostly because of my strong math background (calc 1-2 and just general interest/unrequired extra reading). Is it likely i’ll be able to get into a few decent schools for a masters program in econ? I’m not looking at UofC, cal , or anything up there, just something decent.

Also, with the poli sci minor I can easily get an “emphasis” public policy w/the econ degree, though for 2 more courses I can get the emphasis in quantitative reasoning instead, that would probably be a wiser decision right?

Thanks!
