Add/Drop with a Bar

<p>And I don’t mean a crowbar.</p>

<p>What I do mean is that there’s going to be a delay on my financial aid while the school figures out a scholarship, and so now I have a bar on my RIS for “Measurement and Evaluation”, which is money I owe for buying AP credit and taking a placement test. </p>

<p>So will this bar prevent me from using add/drop, or is (like the website hints at) only for the first time you try and register?</p>

<p>If you have a bar, I don’t believe you will be able to add any classes. Drop shouldn’t be a problem.</p>
