<p>Does anyone know how to submit an additional recommendation? Should we simply fill out a teacher evaluation form and write additional recommendation at the top?</p>
<p>Just go to the person who you want to write the rec, tell them you would like for them to write a letter, and have them put it in a sealed envelope and write “optional recommendation” on the front.</p>
<p>For their convenience, you should address, stamp and provide the envelope, and make sure that you give it to them far enough in advance that they have sufficient time to do it.</p>
<p>It’s also a waste of time to do this if they don’t have anything to say that is different than what teachers/counselor already said.</p>
