You should talk to each of the schools learning disabilities offices to see what levels of support they are able to offer.
Adelphi shows up as #4 on this list - it doesn’t mean it’s best. UCONN is #17. Pace offers the Oasis program.
But everyone’s needs are different - so talk to each school and figure out the best to specifically support this student’s needs.

I think they are all good, but there are two factors. The program itself, and who is providing the services. (I’m assuming you are looking for more than just accomodations).
Have you been in direct touch with any of the programs? They are usually wiling to speak with you once you are accepted (some will only speak with the student and not the parent), if they weren’t beforehand. I would try to set up a time with each program to see what the process of enrolling is, how they provide service and what they think they can help you with to give you the best chance of success.
Have you gone to admitted student days and spoken with academic support directors at each college? If not, I’d recommend to reach out to those offices at each school and set up chats/meetings.
I know I might be stating the obvious, but the school in which the student feels the most comfortable and is excited to be there, usually is where the student will be most comfortable and confident to meet with advisors (both academic and learning support advisors) to self-advocate and set up their support network going forward.
From close family members who are alumni, they recommend Adelphi for their small, supportive departments and programs at Adelphi (specifically accounting, nursing, and their School of Education). They all have had fabulous outcomes from their undergraduate experience there. I’m not as familiar with UConn and Pace, and their learning support programs, so hopefully you will hear more on those from other CC members. Great choices all around, all the best as you make your decision.
My wife is a Guidance Counselor and she recommends Adelphi to all of her students that have learning differences. I also know students from our home district that go there for that reason. They have excellent supportive programs. They are adding some new programs this Fall.
Adelphia has a Learning Resource Program that has a good reputation but I think students have to apply to the program and there may be an additional cost.
Have you researched the programs at all options? Have you met with the Office of Disability Services at each option? Do you have a sense of what support services will be needed? Is there a recent neuropsych evaluation which supports the need for such services?
It is hard to provide a meaningful opinion without an understanding of the level of support the student requires.
