<p>University of South Carolina has a program to help OOS students adjust to living in South Carolina.</p>

<p>It includes get-togethers for OOS students so they can connect with their fellow “statesmen” and the ability to sign up for an OOS mentor.</p>

<p>Very thoughtful touch, I think – I’ll be interested to see how much my daughter takes advantage of it! And if she feels she needs it!</p>
