can you please remove the last bullet before i slit my wrists? thanks.

…

just get rid of it

Ilcapo…your EC’s are nothing short of outstanding, so I woudn’t exactly give up hope. They do look at those applications with the “whole picture” in mind.

If you’re in trouble, then I’m in trouble, too. I have no rank at all.

ilcapo-there are 5%. the class of 2007, for example, had 1178 members. That means 59 people were not in top 10%.

yeah…i am retaining a miniscule amount of hope!

i figure 40 of those are athletes, 15 of those are URMs, 3 of them are legacies, and im the 59th.

maybe that 7.1% first generation college stat will pull through in the end for me…

You’re first generation? That surprises me…I thought you were really rich. I guess I thought really rich people tend to have college-educated parents. Guess not. I mean I know it happens, but I’d guess on the whole that’d be true.

Yeah, well check out the ■■■■■■■ on the people who got accepted to Princeton last year. Everyone who got in was number 1 and 1550+. ALL OF THEM. Now check the rejects, they are like us. 5th in class… low 1500’s… strong ECs. Man we’re totally screwed.

you’re doing yourself a disservice if you rely on the 23-questionable-■■■■■■■ acceptees.

Exactly. The Internet is not a microcosm, folks. Not by any means. 500 people versus 23 online…hmmm…yeah, no.

where do you go to find the stats of the people that got accepted to princeton ED last year? or even RD?

http://*************2008/viewschool.php

■■■? why does ■■■■■■■■■■■ get masked by ******'s?

substitute the ****'s with [■■■■■■■] btw.

=)

no, i keep getting an error for that website, mercurysquad and schwaby

go to [■■■■■■■].com (without the brackets).

On “View Data for Class of,” click 2008. Do a search by school and type in Princeton.
