Admission into Bristol, Leeds, Aberdeen as an American?

  1. The application fee is L23 for 5 universities, and you only write one essay that goes to all of them, so it is as easy to apply to several as to one. To be blunt, if the application fee is an issue you probably can't afford to go to university in the UK anyway.
  2. You don't mention what subject you are applying to study, which matters. You have 1 history (you can't double count an AP & a SAT subject test) and 1 science. You don't have enough for Bristol, but you do have enough for Aberdeen:

Couldn’t really tell about Leeds, but since they want 3 As at A level (including a science), for psychology (usually a course whose requirements aren’t too high) I would guess that you would be not have enough.

In general, if a university says that they want something you have to have it. They are not typically holistic.

Glad to see you are expanding your horizons!
