<p>I have my GED, 1 “O” level English pass and 3 “N” level passes( English, Maths,science ). </p>
<p>Is SBCC a 100% acceptance as Long as I meet the criteria type of community college? I have heard that CCs in general have a 100% acceptance rate(not putting anything financial as a factor)</p>

<p>Also, I will be applying in 2016 as I have to serve NS(army, navy or AF) in my country for 2 years. Do I start applying in 2015 or…??</p>
