I’m from India right now studying 12th class.
Recently I took JEE-Mains and performed just good.
However I’m working for the upcoming big thing-JEE Advanced.
As every one know, only 1,50,000 of 1.4 million students who appeared in Mains would be selected.
I’m writing admission tests for many other universities also like BITS, SRM, VIT…and I can guess I can get a very better rank in them.
So, my doubt is whether a “very” good rank (say top 15) would be of any use to the admission in the foreign universities like MIT or Harvard?
Because 15 out of 1.4 million is like “You are top 15 intelligent aspiring for undergrad student for 2013 in India right?”
Because I don’t have much track records in any Olympiad stuff like that.So i deeply depend only on these admission tests</p>
