I suggest you contact Oxford DIRECTLY. That is much, much easier in this day of the Internet. And you will get much more reliable information than you will get from a random stranger on the Internet.

But this random stranger will tell you that British colleges & unis are NOT interested at all in your EC’s and your GPA.

You didn’t tell us what country you are from, but from your use of terms like “GPA” and “EC” I am going to write the rest of this from the assumption that you are American. British students when they apply to colleges and unis take a set of difficult exams called “A levels”. They also are interviewed by the places they are interested in, and often the uni will have its own entrance exam that it gives in addition to A levels. So for a foreign student, you will need both the interview and the entrance exam, and then whatever your country’s nearest equivalent is to “A levels”. For the USA, that would be “AP tests”. For Oxford or Cambridge, you will need very good scores on AP tests, such as at least three scores at “5”.
