<p>Hi, My daughter is a Junior. She has an average GPA OF 3.2. ACT and SAT results will be out this July. She is going to write AP BIO, AP PHY and AP ENG this week. Next year AP CAL, and maybe AP CHEM. She wants to do bioengineering. Can you tell me which universities she could apply to? Also, we are indians, moving constantly because my husband works in UN. She does not need financial aid.</p>

<p>There are thousands of colleges in the US, so we are going to need more information in order to make useful recommendations. What does your daughter wish to study? What are her career goals? Does she prefer a small college or a research university? Warm weather or cold? And so on…</p>
