<p>Every college extant has clear application and testing deadlines listed on their websites. You should familiarize yourself with the info contained therein.</p>
<p>Check the application policy of each school. Do they consider the November score for early action? Is that November score critical for your application (e.g. no previous score)? Do they automatically consider incomplete early action application in the RD?
Based on the answers to these questions, you may decide whether to submit the application now or wait after the deadline for EA. There are schools that reject you at EA and leave you no chance for RD review with the new score.</p>

To give an example of the issues you need to research for each college, be aware that a Nov test score is OK for FIU for admission but if you want to qualify for any merit scholarships you need to apply and send scores by Nov 1, meaning Nov test is too late for that purpose.</p>
