Has anyone received a mail from USC yet? I heard they would be mailing decisions on the 24th.
Are you recommending a quota system as delineated in the article referenced? Seems unconstitutional at the very least. Perhaps the issue is the increase in foreign applicant acceptance rates. These students are not eligible for school based financial assistance and pay the full tuition fee. A win win for most schools.

@duma12 No, I am not recommending any such thing. And as per my other posts, I think we should resist the temptation of blaming any particular group of students, foreign or otherwise, for the challenge of getting in to a prestigious school.
Just a suggestion: How about if we remove the schools that have already announced …
