Admissions of NYU

<p>Admissions for all colleges, especially NYU, has been record-low in the past 3-5 years. Consequently, standards have increased significantly. Stern, in particular, had an average SAT of a 1441 (2010 current students)! We see these stellar statistics now, but…</p>

<p>As the peak of the baby boomer phenomenon has passed, what do you prospect for the future of NYU admissions? Will admissions sustain these high standards? </p>

<p>This year NYU has already been directly impacted with the reduction in applications. I believe these high set standards will be maintained…NYC is still NYC. The quality of applicants will remain proportionally stagnant to that of the applicants in the past 3-5 years. What do you think?</p>
