<p>How long does it usually take to get a reply from a question sent in an email? </p>
<p>I know it’s a huge school, I know certain times of the year are worse than others, etc. But what has the average turn-around time been for you?</p>
<p>I’ve always received a response from any FSU department in 1 business day. I would expect a reply tomorrow before noon.</p>

<p>My experience was that it could take days before I received a response.</p>
<p>I got a phone call today. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. She calmed my nerves and answered all my questions! I’m impressed. Like I’ve said before, FSU is a well-oiled machine! :)</p>
