@westie, so sad for your daughter. Best of luck to her.

Accepted!!! NU.in program thought but I’m not complaining. I want to get the opportunity to study abroad.

So happy!! Good luck to all!!

Of course it counts as an acceptance, sop520! You DO matriculate to the Northeastern campus midway through the year, you’re just required to spend the first semester abroad.

Got accepted after being deferred
Deferred with 2000 retook jan sat = 2060
Weighted gpa 3.85~9
From nj
Best luck to everyone!

I think NUin is a great opportunity. You are meeting tons of new students in the program and your basically getting rid of general eds in a fascinating environment! Ofcourse, this is only considered a good opportunity if you were planning on studying abroad anyway. If you weren’t, I’d see your hesitation.

Lol I like mango :P

I’m in NJ and still haven’t received anything D:

Just reject me alreadyyyyyyyyyy

Yeah I didn’t really plan on studying abroad before at the very least my third or fourth year of college, I really want the freshman campus experience. I AM proud to even have gotten into NUin though, considering the school is so selective

Nobody has received anything yet from my school…ahhhhhhhhhh lol reject me already also.

Hey whoa, just check your account. I also live in NJ and I just checked without receiving the email.

Yeah I just checked hello810…it’s still locked for me. D:

Atleast you know you’re before me! I think you’ll get a decision in the next 30 min. Now me, I am looking at another 2 hours!!

It seems like they’re Tufts Syndroming lots of people, which may be good for me because I’m if anything, under-qualified for GPA but my test scores are well within range. Actually, yeah, no…just send me whatever lol.

Got into NU in program, from CT.

Not gonna lie, I’m pretty sad… I’m not counting it out, but I wish I had just gotten in to the normal program. College is a scary thought to say the least, and spending the first 5 months abroad would be even scarier. I love traveling, but I really wanted a full acceptance so I’d be in the same boat as everyone else.

Lots to think about. Good luck to everyone still waiting

^with good reason though. A lot of the rejected “over-qualified” students said “I wouldn’t have gone anyway”. They know that they are a backdrop school for the ivy kids, so it is better for us less qualified applicants.

If you get into the NUin program, can you be on the wait list for fall acceptance?

To people accepted where do you see how much scholarships aids youve received?
And to people who are waiting good luck to you all! :)

I guess. Is NU your first choice Mango? what are your stats?

yeah, that’s one of my questions too Mango

Friend got in! 4.12 W GPA, 2120 SAT…will probably be attending BC though.
