I want to know what the admissions requirements are to get into graduate school in Emory University at Atlanta, GA… I plan on going to grad school…im a high school student, and I plan on going to gsu first, and then emory
Couple things:
- Which graduate school? The admissions requirements are going to vary across schools and across programs. Do you want to go to Laney Graduate School, the Woodruff School of Nursing, the Rollins School of Public Health, the Candler School of Theology? And what do you want to get a graduate degree in - nursing, public health, sociology, English, math, statistics, divinity…?
If you knew exactly what kind of program you wanted (MA, M.Div, PhD, etc.) and what subject you wanted it in, you could go to the website for that program and get a general idea of what the admissions requirements were for that program.
- If you are a high school student and are seeking admission to college now, it’s way too early for you to be worried about graduate school admissions much less get fixated on a specific graduate school. I assumed I would go to UGA or Emory for graduate school even as a college sophomore, and I ended up not only going somewhere completely different (and out of state) but I ended up studying something completely different from what I thought I would. Give yourself time to shape your interests and professional goals, and revisit this in your junior year of college.
