Suppose you are not a billionaire, a movie star, Olympic champ, uber scientist/inventor, etc., how can you get into the ivies? What credentials are required? SAT scores? SAT 2? AP? GPA? Extracurriculars? Awards?
<p>Nothing is ever guaranteed. Just remember that. You can have all the credentials, hooks, and awards in the world and you aren’t guaranteed an acceptance letter.</p>

<p>Obviously they’ll be more lenient with you when it comes to certain aspects of your application, but you’ll still have to think hard about what you’ll be able to offer THEM: publicity? a billion-dollar donation? rare talent? I suggest you contact someone knowledgeable about such cases, most of us on CC aren’t celebrities (:)), nor have we worked with people who are in that boat…</p>
